I took the boys down to Las Cruces in September to visit my parents and help out a bit while my mom was undergoing radation. Needless to say I was less than helpful. If anything, we created significantly more work for my mom and dad. We had fun though and of course it was great to spend time with Mammy and Papa.
While we were there we had our family pictures taken by Adrienne Acosta. I actually went to high school with her husband and have admired her photography via FB for a long time. It was a happy coincidence that she was in Las Cruces to shoot a wedding while we visited so we jumped at the chance to have her take some photos of us. We shot in Old Mesilla and Stahmann Farms. I wanted our pictures to really represent New Mexico and Adrienne did an amazing job at capturing both that and the love our family shares. Thanks Adrienne!
