A Super Sexy Visit #2

It's not often that we get visitors, so it means a lot to us when someone uses their precious vacation time to come all the way to the middle of nowhere to see us. Lucky for us we've got great friends like JR:) I drove to Seattle to pick him up on Tuesday and we got to spend the rest of the time catching up and having fun!

Here we are on our way to lunch just after he arrived.

The next day we took him to Leavenworth.

We took a spin into the hat shop and tried on a few.

Lukey and uncle JR:)

Luke just slayed JR the lion...JR is as much fun for the boys as he is for us!

The next day we went wine tasting at Rio Vista...it was so nice!

I went 3-0 against JR and Parker...sorry boys. You don't stand a chance!

On his last full day here, we went back to Seattle and spent the night downtown. First we stopped in Kirkland to meet up with my good friend Julie for lunch. She and JR needed to meet!

Love her!

Love him!

They didn't get along lol

At all...

The gum wall...it rained on us pretty good on our way there (why I look like a drowned rat!)

We made a quick trip to Pike Place before we headed back to the airport. Time flew by but we had a great time and can't wait to see you again JR! You will always be my Super Sexy. Love you!

Mammy and Papa!

We just said goodbye to Mammy and Papa this morning and sadly sent them on their way back to NM. We had them for a full month and had a wonderful time. Although this was our busiest time of year at the golf course, we managed to squeeze in some fun.
We spent a day in Leavenworth, a cute Bavarian town famous for its brats, beer and pretty flowers.

Mammy and Papa with their boys. Luke wasn't feeling very good that day.

Our guys!

Poor Papa, Luke styled his hair for him.

Enjoying the misters.

Yummy! We ate at an outdoor restaurant that served brats along with over 20 different mustards and the most delicious saurkraut we've ever had.

Our little golfer.

Mammy and Papa were a huge help with the boys. I catered for a group of 25 guys, breakfast, lunch and dinner for two days and without them there to help, I don't think I could have done it. We took them up to Winthrop (cowboy town, as Luke calls it) for a yummy lunch at Three Fingered Jacks.

Just before they left, we took them up to our family's orchard to pick apples. They bring us pecans and green chile, we send them home with fresh Washington apples. Everybody wins!
Papa giving Luke the assist.

Parker was picking apples, tossing them to Marcos (our orchard manager), who then threw most of them on the ground. He told Parker he'd make a horrible picker.

Every now and then he got a good one.

Trippy got a good one too!

How 'bout them apples?

Aren't they pretty? Galas...

Marcos and Luke

My guys!

We had a wonderful time with my mommy and daddy. I love watching them with our boys. Luke and Tripp just love and adore them so much and it makes me so sad to see them leave. Can't wait to see them again! Love you Mammy and Papa! xoxo
